Calmyuti (the "brand", "we", "us") operates this website. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how to remove it.

What we collect on this website

The Calmyuti website is a marketing site. We do not process payments or fulfilment here — those happen on Amazon and Flipkart under their own privacy policies.

• Newsletter email — if you submit the "Letters from the lab" form, we store your email address (only) to send the quarterly newsletter.
• Anonymous analytics — aggregate page views, device class, country. No personally identifying information. No third-party advertising trackers.
• localStorage — the optional Edit Products panel saves your draft product images, links, and inline text edits to your own browser. This data never leaves your device.

What we do not collect

• Payment or card data — handled exclusively by Amazon and Flipkart.
• Address or phone number — collected by the marketplace at checkout.
• Third-party advertising identifiers, retargeting cookies, or social pixels.

How long we keep it

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe (one-click link in every email). Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 24 months.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA, 2023), you can ask us to confirm, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Write to privacy@calmyuti.com and we'll respond within 14 days.

Terms of Use

By browsing calmyuti.com or any subdomain, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

All copy, photography, formulations, and visual identity on this site are © Calmyuti. Republishing without written permission is not permitted. Linking is welcome.

We make every effort to keep ingredient lists, prices, and stock status accurate. Final authoritative information for any purchase is what appears on the Amazon or Flipkart listing at the time of order.

Marketplace fulfilment

Calmyuti does not sell direct from this website. All transactions are completed on Amazon.in or Flipkart.com under their respective terms of sale, payment, and dispute resolution.

Shipping

Shipping is fulfilled by Amazon or Flipkart, depending on where you place your order. Timing, charges, packaging, and tracking follow each marketplace's standard policies.

• Amazon.in: Standard delivery 2–5 working days. Prime: next-day where available. Track at amazon.in/orders.
• Flipkart.com: Standard delivery 3–7 working days. Flipkart Plus: next-day where available. Track at flipkart.com/account/orders.

We do not ship outside India.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are handled by Amazon or Flipkart under the policy displayed at the time of your order.

Non-returnable once opened

In line with marketplace policy and standard Indian D2C industry practice for cosmetics and personal-care: once the tamper-seal on a Calmyuti pouch or bottle is broken, the product is not returnable. This is a hygiene and safety standard, not a Calmyuti policy choice.

What is returnable

• Unopened items with the tamper-seal intact, within the marketplace's return window.
• Damaged-in-transit items — initiate a return on Amazon or Flipkart with a photo of the damage; the marketplace will refund or replace.
• Wrong item delivered — same as above.

How to initiate

Go to your order on Amazon.in or Flipkart.com and click Return. Both platforms refund directly to the original payment method. We are notified by the marketplace and can help expedite if there's a hold — write to hello@calmyuti.com.

Frequently asked

How long until I feel anything?

Most people notice slower nervous-system pacing in the first soak. Recovery and sleep benefits build over 7–10 days. Skin barrier improvements show in 2–3 weeks. See the science page for detail.

Is it safe in pregnancy?

The Pure variant (no essential oils) is widely considered safe in pregnancy. Talk to your obstetrician about frequency. Skip Relax & Relief and Soothe & Sleep in the first trimester due to essential-oil content.

Is it safe for kids?

Pure Bath Soak at half-dose (one tablespoon per child-sized bath, every other day) is appropriate for children over 6. Skip the scented variants for under-12s — eucalyptus, spearmint and lavender essential oils are too concentrated for younger skin even at bath dilutions. We don't recommend bath soaks of any kind for infants without paediatrician sign-off.

Can I buy in bulk?

Right now, Calmyuti sells only via Amazon and Flipkart at marketplace pricing — no direct wholesale, no privately negotiated rates. Spa, hotel and gifting enquiries can write in to hello@calmyuti.com and we'll respond when relevant ranges launch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently fulfil within India only. International expansion is on the 2027 roadmap.

Wellness Disclaimer

Calmyuti products are wellness goods. They are not drugs and have not been evaluated by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) as a medicinal product. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always patch-test

Before first use of any new product, patch-test a small amount on the inner forearm. Discontinue if you notice redness, itching, or any reaction within 24 hours.

Talk to a doctor if

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding (especially first trimester).
• You have a known skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis, or active dermatitis.
• You take medications affected by magnesium (some diuretics, certain antibiotics, heart-rhythm medication).
• You have kidney disease or impaired kidney function — magnesium is renally cleared.

Use as directed on the pouch. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
